Always check Seward's weather, but we recommend quality raingear and warm layers since it's usually cooler by the water. The weather can be unpredictable, and since this area is a rainforest, expect some rain during your trip. Wear a snug base layer, warm pants, a sweatshirt, headgear, and warm socks.
You will also want to bring food and water as these will not be available for purchase once the trip starts. There is a Safeway located in Seward.
